Rates on the page are the rates for your connection point.

Energy pricing is local. An offer advertised nationally can be twenty per cent different between two suburbs on either side of a network boundary, so we price against your zone and your tariff — never a headline average.

Usage and supply, separately

We show c/kWh and the daily supply charge side by side. A low usage rate on a high supply charge is a bad deal for a small household, and we'll say so.

Conditional discounts, in full

If a discount depends on paying on time or by direct debit, you'll hear the condition and what the bill looks like if you miss it.

Solar, if you have it

Feed-in tariffs vary widely and some of the best usage rates come with the worst feed-in. We model both against your export estimate.

Before you sign anything we send the Basic Plan Information Document for the offer — a one-page, standard-format summary the Australian Energy Regulator requires every retailer to publish. Compare it against any other offer you’re considering.

Yes, absolutely! Our service is 100% free for customers. We often have access to exclusive deals you won’t find elsewhere.

Usually yes, if they’re licensed in that distribution zone — but the plan and the rates almost certainly change, because pricing is set per zone. Moving is the natural moment to check whether staying is still the better deal.
Your existing retailer books a final read for the date you vacate. If the meter is a smart meter it’s read remotely. Take a photo of the display on the day you hand back the keys — it’s the fastest way to settle a disputed final bill.
Not automatically. State concessions and rebates are administered per state and are tied to your account and address, so they have to be re-applied at the new property. We lodge the application with your new retailer as part of the setup.
